COVID 7/12 Update!

In late February 2022, the CDC published new methodology, tools and guidelines regarding mask wearing. In accordance with their “know your COVID-19 community level” County Check – Forsyth County is currently at HIGH and the CDC guidance advises that masks be worn indoors in public. All guests must stay at home if not feeling well or have exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 10 days.
These policies are for the foreseeable future for all films and events held inside the cinema and are strictly enforced for the protection of our staff and guests. Our theater staff will monitor all screenings to ensure compliance. Management reserves the right to deny admission or dismiss any customer for noncompliance with our policies. Outdoor events via a/ mobile are not included in this policy. Please continue to check our regular emails and website for any updates as this situation evolves and we respond accordingly.
We’ve made upgrades & adjustments to the cinema.
a/perture cinema is proud to be one of more than 300 theaters committed to the CinemaSafe campaign, which promotes unified protocols and guidelines developed and supported by leading epidemiologists to support a safe return to movie theaters.
In addition to updating our staff procedures to include enhanced cleaning, hand sanitation stations, and PPE, we’ve also made adjustments to the cinema.
We use a cold fog sprayer device regular with a non-toxic EPA-approved disinfectant and an anti-microbial surface protectant to clean our theaters.
We’ve upgraded our HVAC units with a HALO-LED air purification system. This system will significantly reduce airborne and surface microbials, bacteria, viruses, and mold, as well as allergens, dust, and particulates.
