southern circuit tour
The Southern Circuit Tour of Independent Filmmakers connects US-based documentary filmmakers with Screening Partner communities throughout the South to share their work, discuss their process, and engage with audiences.
Southern Circuit screenings use film as a conduit for community discussions around current topics that impact everyone. Beyond screenings, Southern Circuit deepens the impact of documentary films by working with Screening Partners to connect filmmakers directly with audiences through educational, media, and other community-focused engagements.
The program is made possible through a partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts. Additional support is provided by The Baughman Foundation.
