In general, a/perture cinema has a no refund, exchange or return policy. If you cannot attend a film, we highly encourage you to sell or gift your already purchased ticket to a friend or colleague.

Exceptions to the policy will be made in the following two cases:

For a valid reason (work emergency, accidental purchase for wrong date, childcare issues), a/perture will exchange tickets for another showtime of the same film no less than 72 hours before the date/showtime of your purchased ticket. Exchanges must be requested via email to refunds@aperturecinema.com. Please include your order number and reason for exchange. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Refunds will be granted for patrons who are required to stay home due to active COVID illness and/or exposure and self-isolation/quarantine measures. Refunds must be requested via email to refunds@aperturecinema.com and must be requested before the date/showtime of your purchased ticket. Please include your order number and reason for exchange. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
