Sold Out Performances: a courtesy email will be sent out to everyone with a ticket for a sold out performance 2 days before your showtime/date. We will accommodate refunds/exchanges at that time. If you are not present 15 minutes after the start of a showtime, your admission is not guaranteed.
Waitlists/Late Entry: if a showtime is sold out please email (info@aperturecinema.com) with the subject line “A LITTLE PRAYER WAITLIST”. In the body of the email please give the following: 1. Name and email, 2. date and showtime you’d like to be waitlisted for, 3. number of tickets for the waitlist. Waitlists are managed on a first come first serve basis and entry is not guaranteed. You’re welcome to come in person and wait, but entry is not guaranteed. Priority of entry will be email requests first, and then in person waitlists second.
