Refunds: In general, a/perture cinema has a no refund policy. Tickets will not be refunded, given credit for, or allowed entry into another film after the ticket showtime has started. Refund requests after the showtime will not be honored as the ticketed money has already been given to the film distributor. Refund requests must be made to info@aperturecinema.com 30 minutes before the film showtime.

Exchanges: a/perture will exchange tickets for another showtime of the same film no less than 30 minutes before the date/showtime of your purchased ticket. Exchanges must be requested via email 30 minutes before your showtime to info@aperturecinema.com before the ticket showtime has started. Please include your order number and reason for exchange. We reserve the right not to transfer tickets for a valid reason. Email requests for an exchange after the ticketed showtime has commenced will not be honored or responded to as the ticketed money has already been given to the film distributor.

Rainchecks: Raincheck tickets will be given to patrons who have experienced an ‘act of god’ while at a/perture: failure of projection equipment, electrical failure, weather emergency, or any situation where an outside circumstance has severely disrupted a screening on our end. Raincheck tickets are emailed out the next business day and can only be used on the showtime where the ‘act of god’ occurred. Raincheck tickets are not normal and not offered to patrons who wish to see another show or who are seeking a refund.
