First Course: Salad Niçoise – Mixed greens topped with boiled potatoes, blanched green beans, boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, and Kalamata olives with an herb vinaigrette
Second Course: Soup Parmentier – A classic French Leek & Potato soup
Third Course: Choose one entrée, each entrée is served with with Ratatouille and Potatoes au Gratin
