Spielberg Summer
In honor of “Disclosure Day,” legendary director Steven Spielberg’s return to sci-fi, a/perture is teaming with community partners to celebrate the master filmmaker all summer long.
Catch the new release at a/perture from June 12 onward; visit us for “Summer Camp for Adults” and a presentation on “Close Encounters of the Third Kind” (1998 Director’s Cut) from Wake Forest University’s Dr. Woodrow Hood on June 27; visit the Arts Council’s Reynolds Theater for “Jaws” (1975) on July 16 and “E.T.” (1982) on August 8; and we’re partnering with UNC School of the Arts to bring “A.I.: Artificial Intelligence” on Thursday August 27. Check back to see showtimes as they are added!
